Everything is homemade
Nermo Hotell are known for our good kitchen. All year round we serve tasteful, Norwegian home cooked meals based on local ingredients. Our moose sandwich and home made apple cake are well known and often accompanied with a local brewed beer.
Summertime is barbeque time also in Nermo. Our Yoder Smoker gives the food great aromatic tastes. In our cold buffet we have a great selection of Norwegian dishes.

Local and organic food
When we say home-baked, we mean home-baked
Nermo Hotel was originally a large farm where travellers were constantly stopping by. Some were hungry and thirsty and wanted food and a good bed. Others brought their catch from the mountains: Grouse, trout and moose. Grain and potatoes were grown on the farm. In the forest there were mushrooms and berries.
At Nermo, we’re therefore used to cooking from scratch, using the ingredients we find nearby. We serve moose from our own property and make the power from scratch.
