You may have known it was possible for weddings, but sometimes you also need to work undisturbed with your management team. At Nermo Hotel, you have the opportunity to do just that. And by the way, when we say “rent your own hotel”, that’s exactly what we mean – the entire hotel, but fully staffed with hosts, reception, kitchen, service and cleaning of the rooms, as well as follow-up along the way. Where to stay
You’ll have access to the historic hotel’s 31 unique hotel rooms, and if you need more capacity, we also have 2 “boys’ rooms” and a number of apartments in the immediate vicinity. You’ll also have access to our fireplace lounge, our library, our boardroom, our “Storstua”, our bar and restaurant, as well as a sauna, wine cellar, fitness room and another meeting room (Kjellerstuen). If you’re a larger group, you can also use “Låven”, which can accommodate over 100 people for meetings or parties. As the only guests, we know who you are, and you know who we are.
Nermo Hotel is located in Øyer/Hafjell, just north of Lillehammer, barely 90 minutes north of Oslo Airport, or 15 minutes from Lillehammer.
About Nermo Hotel
Nermo Hotel is a family-run and historic hotel in Øyer, and neighbor to Hafjell and Lillehammer. We have 31 rooms, 2 “Drengestuer” and 53 apartments and distinguish ourselves by personal service, unique rooms and food made from scratch. It’s quiet at Nermo. The hotel is therefore perfect for groups that need peace and quiet. Here you can work undisturbed and eat and sleep well. Nermo has many meeting rooms, a good wine cellar and perhaps the country’s best hotel beds. Nermo Hotel is not like a chain hotel where you forget the name of the hotel before you get home from a meeting, Nermo Hotel is a place that you remember and that you want to come back to, again and again.
Mat
Nermo Hotel is known for its excellent cuisine. Throughout the year we serve good, Norwegian home-cooked food with fresh ingredients. Our moose chops and house apple cake are well known, and we are happy to serve a bottle of locally brewed beer. Summer is also barbecue season at Nermo. Food grilled in our “Smoker” pellet grill has unique aromatic flavors.
My activities
Nermo Gård had large areas around the hotel, which have included potato and grain fields. In 2011, corn and potatoes were replaced with Hafjell Golf Course. The course surrounds the hotel with beautiful surroundings and fantastic views. Guests can now also try their hand at Scandinavia’s only 18-hole putting course – a popular activity for many, in between concentrated meetings and a locally sourced dinner. We also have two wood-fired hot tubs and an outdoor swimming pool that is open during the summer, as well as a large terrace with sun from morning to evening. In addition, Nermo Hotel is of course Eco-Lighthouse certified.
