Mountain luxury and indulgent baths

Our biggest rooms in the main building. Some have balconies, some have bathtubs, some have a view of The Torchbearer which was carved out in the woods for the 1994 Winter Olympics. In one of the rooms hangs the antlers from a moose a member of the third generation of the Nermo family hunted in Øyerfjellet in 1926.

The rooms feature a double bed with a Svane Zenit mattress, and some rooms can accommodate an extra bed if needed. They are also equipped with an espresso machine and bathrobes in crystal fleece from Vinga of Sweden.

The history of Nermo Hotell: hospitality since 1877

The hotel holds a great deal of history within its walls, from its early days as a boarding house, with guests such as Thor Heyerdahl, to the fire that once destroyed the entire property, and further back to the Second World War, when it was taken over by German forces.
