At our restaurants the food is the same: made from scratch, using ingredients that haven’t travelled far to reach your plate.

At Restaurant Nermostuene, the dining rooms are arranged in a row. In the lower level, you’ll find a dedicated wine cellar. And in the storehouse, the evening can begin with a glass of sparkling wine. At Vidsyn, you have the entire Gudbrandsdalen valley beneath you, and wherever you sit, floor-to-ceiling windows bring the landscape right into the room.

Thick brick walls, a stable temperature and just the right low ceiling height for you to feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk down the stairs. The wine cellar houses a hand-picked selection of bottles, and room for 12 guests around the table for a wine dinner or wine tasting, with wines that the chef at Nermostuene has picked out himself.

At Vidsyn, we don’t just serve wine from a standard list. Throughout the season, we also host Winemaker’s Dinners with carefully selected wines and a tailored menu, designed to match what the kitchen is creating. A thousand metres above sea level, with the Gudbrandsdalen valley stretching out in front of you, everything tastes even better.
