Trail cycling in the Øyer mountains

Miles of trails, often completely to yourself

From Mosetertoppen, an extensive network of trails stretches east and north into the Øyer mountains, connecting with the trail systems towards Sjusjøen and Lillehammer in the south. The area offers everything from wide gravel roads to narrow and technical singletrack between trees and roots.

The mountain biking season in Hafjell typically runs from late June to mid-October. You can take the gondola up to Mosetertoppen and explore the mountains from there, or start directly from Nermo Hotel and use the forest trails right behind the hotel.
