Champagne tasting
Prosecco, Cava and Champagne all taste different, are produced differently, and come at different price points. Yet many people still end up choosing the same bottle without really exploring the others. This tasting is an opportunity to change that.
Champagne tasting
The tasting lasts 30–45 minutes and works perfectly as an aperitif before dinner at Restaurant Nermostuene. It is just long enough for everyone to form an opinion, and short enough not to feel like a lecture.
We can host the tasting in the wine cellar, the meeting room, or outside on the terrace during summer. All three options work well, but the terrace is perhaps the best when the sun is shining.
If your group would like a bit more content, Johannes Nermo can also join the tasting. He shares stories about the place, the food, and everything that has happened here across five generations. It adds an extra dimension to what’s in your glass. The tasting becomes a little longer – but rarely any less enjoyable.
