Lutefiskaften with Jørn Hoel

What happens when one of Norway’s most passionate artists puts on a chef’s jacket and prepares lutefisk in his own way? Welcome to an exclusive evening with Jørn Hoel, where food, music and passion come together in perfect harmony.

Under the title “The Lutefisk Women Love”, Jørn will both work alongside the chefs at Nermo Hotel and perform on stage. You will be served a 3-course menu with a modern twist, carefully composed by Jørn, accompanied by a dedicated wine and drinks menu that elevates the experience.

All of this is paired with his musical highlights from a rich repertoire. The event was sold out in 2025, so early planning is recommended.

Overnight package
